We currently only ship to Europe.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Delivery will depend on the shipping method selected. In specific cases, delays may occur due to vacations or external causes. For example, during Black Friday, orders may take longer than usual. If you have any questions or problems with your order, please contact our customer service at hello@uapco.eu with your name and order number.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Payments are totally secure through the Stripe and Paypal platforms. In addition, the website is protected with an SSL certificate.

Orders & Returns

Do I need an account to place an order?

An account is not necessary to make a purchase. However, we recommend creating one to be able to access your order panel, order tracking or change your information.

How Do I Track My Order?

Every time we ship an order, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link.
Search for it and check the shipping status. If it is not moving or is in an unusual condition, please contact hello@uapco.eu and we will be happy to help.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once you have placed your order and been charged, we cannot modify the components or cancel it ourselves. In case you want a return, you will have to wait until you receive your order and then proceed to return it through the returns section or by sending an email to hello@uapco.eu

How Can I Return a Product?

Items purchased at UAP.COMPANY must be returned in perfect condition and unused, free of deterioration, stains, odors or any condition that prevents their sale as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all labels and any items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receiving the shipment, in order to receive a refund. The items must be returned at the customer’s expense.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

We work very hard to ensure that all of our products meet the highest quality standards. But you don’t need to worry. If you receive a defective item, please contact hello@uapco.eu and explain your situation. Be sure to upload photos of the defects and write your order number.
